QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications (XBRL specific knowledge and experience desirable): Strong software development background Experience developing XML schemas; experience with style sheet/transform development (XSLT and XSL 2.0) and XML Editor applications Experience with XML Content Management Systems (XBRL Taxonomy Management Systems and related products desirable) Competent and proficient understanding of XML schema validation, XML document generation and rendering (Desirable - XBRL taxonomy validation, instance creation, and rendering) Experience with Java, Linux (shell scripts), SQL, Adobe Flex, and web development Capacity and desire to build new knowledge and skills Strong problem-solving and analytical ability Follow-up and follow-through capability Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with other computer personnel and users Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or Management Information Systems Minimum 4 years work experience in related field.
